For Hire - Support Manager/Level II-III tech/Level I-II Admin
I am a professional "jack of all trades" in web hosting, with nearly 6 years working only in this business. I have supported and administered Linux, BSD, and Windows platforms, built my previous employers VoIP system, ran provisioning for a large DC, written a handful of internal support tools, handled executive level escalations, and when working with clients my level of professionalism and customer service can't be matched.
If you find yourself in need of a quality, client-centric, dedicated team member or team leader, I'm your guy. I'm located in Orlando, FL and eager to work locally or remotely. I am adept at working solo, as well as a team player.
In a leadership role, I am a fair but stern team lead, concentrating on quality assurance and ensuring my team performs with the utmost professionalism.
Here is a snippet of my resume, please look it over and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
