PlugAndHost.co.uk are a fairly new UK based webhosting firm who aim to provide premium level services for a fraction of the normal cost. Previous posts on WebHostingTalk has enabled us to not only grow, but to get a more realistic feel of what people want.

b) We aim for a 'small' customer base to enable our support to tailor their responses to you, as an individual, therefore you will always get a response that you will understand.
c) Our servers are monitored by well trained unix administration staff. In the unlikely event of a serious problem arising, all staff are automatically notified via e-mail and SMS, which will obviously speed-up the process of fixing it.
d) PlugAndHost promise never to use any outsourced support. As mentioned above, we aim for a small client base so we can customize our support techniques, to you, as an individual. We will never pay thirdparty administration staff to 'look' after our servers.
e) We like to think of our customers as friends, we do this so you feel at ease and it creates a more friendly atmosphere. If you need anything, simply ask, we promise that we won't bite your head off.
f) Our servers are based upon the Intel Xeon CPU chip. The X3220 model to be exact. This provides 4x2.4GHz of processing power, which obviously enables your website to run quicker on backend processes such as SQL and Ruby.
g) All our servers are located in the London Docklands facility, enabling customers around Europe to obtain a speedy response from the server.
